Building A Successful Cosmetic Medical Business is a new practice management course designed to help physicians, business owners, managers, clinicians and other practice professionals establish and build a successful cosmetic medical business.

About the Program

The easy-to-implement in-office training course provides viewers with a blueprint for success and comes with 16 separate DVD programs. Designed to be implemented in 1-hour training sessions over 8 weeks with 2 video segments shown per session, it includes a leader guide, student materials, discussion questions, role-play assignments and testing to lend reinforcement and understanding to the video presentations.
